•	Will I have to give up any control of my business? The answer in a word is No. We at Ben Franklin want to be an addition to your current business and not a change in your current operation.
•	The Franchise Agreement is for five years - Am I obligated to maintain the Franchise for that long? We as a franchiser are in fact obligated to you as a franchisee for that period. However, should you want to discontinue the relationship, this can be accomplished by a 60 day written notice.
•	Do I need to subscribe to Ben Franklin's recommended Accounting Service? Again, the answer is no. However, you may want to investigate this source as they provide excellent financials as a very competitive price.
•	Do I have to attend any type of training program? As an existing businessperson the answer is no. However, should you want to send a person from your organization, the training will be provided.
•	Are there any hidden fees that are not mentioned in your brochure? No add-on fees such as dues, mailing fees, etc.
•	It indicates that I must carry Ben Franklin private label merchandise. At the present time we do not offer a private label.
•	It indicates that I am required to purchase six sale events from Promotions Unlimited a year - is that correct? Advertising is important to the success of your business and you should plan for at least six events pre year. These events are not required to be purchased from Promotions Unlimited and can be circulars, newspapers, television, etc.
